• Show up in a learning state. Leave your inner critic at the door and be open to new perspectives.

• Growth requires discomfort. It’s safe to take risks here.

• Progress over perfection—messy action is better than no action.

• Respect is non-negotiable. Discrimination, hate speech, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
